Szállítási információk

Magyországon belül kiszállított termékeknek a szállítási díja a rendelés végösszegének mértékétől változik. A kiszállítási idő 1-3 munkanap, ami az akciós és a rendezvény utáni időszakban meghosszabbodhat 2-3 munkanappal.

A következő táblázatban találhatóak a magyarországi szállítási díjak:

A szállítási szolgáltatás három kézbesítési kísérletet tartalmaz. A szállítást megelőző napon e-mailben értesít a GLS Futárszolgálat a csomag érkezéséről. Az e-mail tartalmazza a csomagszámot és az esetleges utánvét összegét.  A kiszállítás napjának reggelén, e-mail értesítést kapsz, mely tartalmazza a futár telefonszámát, a GLS Ügyfélszolgálat telefonszámát és egy 3 órás időablakot a várható kézbesítésről. A kiszállítási kísérlet meghiúsulása esetén e-mailes értesítés küld a futárszolgálat. Az e-mailben megadott linken keresztül kiszállítási rendelkezést tudsz rögzíteni, melyben kérheted a kiszállítást egy új időpontban, egy másik címre, személyes csomagátvételt egy meghatározott listából kiválasztott GLS Csomag Pontban.

Aki a 335/2012 sz. Korm. rendelet alapaján a Magyar Postát szeretné választani rendelése kiszállítására, kérjük a rendelés leadásakor a megjegyzés rovatban közölje ezt felénk, vagy a rendelés leadását követő 1 órán belül ezt írásban kérelmezheti a rendeles@brillbird.hu e-mail címen. A weboldalon feltűntetett szállítási határidők és díjak a Magyar Posta kiszállításaira nem érvényesek. Kérlek kérd egyedei árajánlatunkat.
